How to Create an Account

Creating your CompanyPilot account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started.

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Visit companypilot.ai
  2. Click the "Start for free" button
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

After verifying your email, you'll be asked to provide some basic information:

  • Company Name: Enter your business name
  • Industry: Select your industry from the dropdown
  • Team Size: Choose your company size
  • Role: Select your role in the company

This helps us customize your experience and suggest relevant features.

Step 3: Connect Your Tools

CompanyPilot works best when integrated with your existing tools:

CRM Integration

  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive
  • Or use our built-in CRM

Email Integration

  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Custom SMTP

Social Media

  • LinkedIn
  • Twitter
  • Facebook
  • Instagram

You can skip this step and add integrations later from Settings → Integrations.

Step 4: Set Your Preferences

Tell us how you want to work:

  • Approval Level: Choose how much autonomy your AI agents should have
  • Notifications: Select how you want to be notified
  • Working Hours: Set your timezone and working hours

Step 5: Create Your First Agent

Now you're ready to create your first AI agent! We recommend starting with:

  1. Marketing Agent - If you need help with content and social media
  2. Sales Agent - If you want to automate lead qualification
  3. Support Agent - If you need help with customer questions

  • All features unlocked
  • Up to 100 AI actions per month
  • Email support
  • Access to all integrations

Troubleshooting

Can't verify your email?

  • Check your spam folder
  • Request a new verification link from the login page
  • Contact support if issues persist

Integration not working?

  • Make sure you've granted all required permissions
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
  • Check our Integrations Guide for specific instructions
